Showing at Upper Crust Austin, Tx.
Just to keep you all abreast of what is going on... Two of my paintings are currently be shown at the Upper Crust Cafe/Bakery in Austin, Tx. at 4508 Burnet Road. This WildCat showing has about 10 up and coming artists. The paintings were hung this past Sunday and will stay up for approx. one month. If you missed our last exhibit at 300 W. 6th Street. You won't want to miss this one. There are always new paintings being displayed. So come out grab some coffee and a dessert, and enjoy the wonderful art. Who know there may be one that you just can't live without; remember all art is for sale, so feel free to purchase more than one. :)

Canvas on Birch Painting- Fredericksburg Farm House - Artist Kay Morris
OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS-have your paintings view, and critiqued by your peers, mentors, and friends.
You now have the opportunity to have your paintings view, and critiqued by your peers, mentors, and friends. I found it frustrating when I just wanted someone to observe one of my paintings and maybe comment on what they saw as a positive and/or negative ,you do learn from both. But I did not want to take my painting to all around town, ask for comments. And I really couldn't stand on a street corner soliciting for advice. So, being creative a blog was created. You can send me your jpeg photos via email (1 posting per week please) to post. You must be a follower to comment or post. I am not responsible for any comments except those that I make myself. Postings will be added every Monday. Please report any inappropriate comments via email to kaykm@suddenlink.net. Best of wishes on paintings, Kay
